"Why is nothing happening when I move the suit?"

First step is to open INPUT/CALIBRATION and calibrate the suit output. If you don't calibrate, then nothing will happen.

"I've opened the calibration page but still nothing is happening!" -

Please make sure that the direction option is not set to 'No Dir'

"Why can I see a signal in the calibration page, but not in the main page?"

If you are you are using a preset for the first time, you need to click on the mute button twice. (This is a known bug and will shortly be corrected)

"Why is there no MIDI signal in my host application?" (i.e. Live or Cubase)

First make sure that a control signal is present (are the sliders sliding?) - Check that eXo is set to send a MIDI signal by setting the port-out menu to 'from eXo alpha 1.1.01' -Then check that the MIDI signal is set to send on the desired channel.
Finally make sure that the host application is set to receive a MIDI signal on the desired channel.

"Why is my left wrist controlling my right shoulder? (or similar)

Make sure that control option (in the calibration menu) is set from 1-6 for the left arm, and from 9-14 on the right arm.
